1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern the use of the 15w50 online platform, including the website, mobile apps, and all services provided. By accessing or using the platform, you explicitly agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the 15w50 platform. We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is for users aged 18 and above only. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement in your jurisdiction.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is allowed only one (1) active account on 15w50. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being suspended or permanently closed without notice.
During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Any false or misleading info violates these terms and may result in account closure and cancellation of pending winnings.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login information confidential. 15w50 is not liable for any losses from unauthorized access caused by your negligence. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without permission.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the 15w50 platform agree to comply with all rules and are fully responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts. Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Using automated software, bots, or any third-party technology to manipulate game outcomes or the platform’s system.
- Committing fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activities through this platform.
- Collaborating with other users to exploit system weaknesses or gain unfair advantages.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions in any way that contradicts the intended terms of the offer.
- Distributing offensive, defamatory, or illegal content during any interaction on the platform.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate suspension or closure of accounts, cancellation of all balances and winnings, and legal action if necessary.
4. Payments, Deposits & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All transactions on the 15w50 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We support various local payment methods including FPX, TNG eWallet, and online banking like Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. The minimum deposit is RM10 for most payment methods.
Successful deposits are processed instantly and credited to users’ accounts. 15w50 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or bank system disruptions.
For withdrawals, users must submit requests through the platform system. Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days depending on the chosen method. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Identity verification may be required for the first withdrawal or for amounts exceeding certain limits.
15w50 reserves the right to delay, review, or reject any withdrawal requests suspected of fraud or violating the terms. Any taxes or fees charged by banks or payment processors are the sole responsibility of the user.
5. Liability Limits & Disclaimers
The 15w50 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure operation at all times.
15w50 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to data loss, financial loss, or business interruption.
Users acknowledge that online gaming carries financial risk and use this platform at their own risk. 15w50 is not responsible for game outcomes or betting results received by users.
6. Account Suspension & Closure
15w50 reserves the right to suspend, block, or close any user account at any time if there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, involvement in fraudulent activity, or behavior that harms the platform’s integrity.
In cases of suspension, all pending transactions will be temporarily halted pending investigation. If violations are confirmed, all account balances, unwithdrawn winnings, and active bonuses may be forfeited without compensation.
Users wishing to voluntarily close their account can submit a request via [email protected]. All valid balances will be returned after verification, subject to applicable conditions.
7. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Term Changes
All content on the 15w50 platform including logos, designs, text, software, graphics, and interfaces are the exclusive property of 15w50 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any content without prior written permission.
This platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. 15w50 has no control over the content of these sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices.
15w50 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be notified via platform alerts or email to registered users. Continued use of the platform after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform and close your account.
